Who We Are

Millennium Home Health Care is a locally owned and operated home health care agency dedicated to fulfilling the health care needs of the Pediatric and Geriatric patients of San Antonio and surrounding areas. Our staff’s commitment to placing the patient’s needs first is the foundation of our reputation. The consistency in our growth is directly related to patient and family satisfaction with services provided. The administration takes a personal interest in the day-to-day operation of our organization.  We presently have over 90 dedicated staff members consisting of Administrators, Case Managers, R.N.s, L.V.N.’s C.N.A.’s Therapists, and Office Staff.

Pediatrics

Millennium Home Health Care is dedicated to improving the quality of life of our Chronically Ill Children.  We act as a conduit to organizations and Government Programs, which provide educational, financial, and medical assistance to the families, care givers, and health care professionals involved in the care of the children.  The staff of Millennium is proud of the level of care and compassion we provide the children.

Geriatrics 

We all know that the retirement years are an important time of life.  No person should be denied a good quality of life especially in a time of ill health.  At Millennium, we work to create a positive environment for our patients.  Our entire focus is teaching the patient or caregiver to care for the patient in order to achieve the highest level of independence.
